Removing walls and opening up the dining room expanded the kitchen. The increased square footage in the kitchen allowed for a peninsula island, providing an area for the homeowner to paint. Crisp cabinetry and decorative backsplash add visual appeal.
After a gut remodel, the once a dark, dreary and broken up layout, is now open and bright, giving the clients the retreat they desired.

This basement was completely unfinished in this early 1900’s house. With low ceilings, rickety stairs, dirt floors and old pipes, this storage area was turned into a beautiful space that the homeowners love. A guest room, bathroom, wet bar, playroom and family room were added to make this a beautiful and functional space for the family and overnight guests.
The goals of this remodel are: open space for the kitchen, guest bedroom/bath, a mudroom entry, accessible storage, and beautify the living/dining rooms.
